why can't I get rid of ulead auto detector?

I downloaded a program called ulead to open a ufo file and now I can't delete it from my computer, I delete and it keeps opening when windows starts, I even restart my computer after deleting it and when I turn it back on it opens again. I'm afraid to delete important files from my computer, If I do what mujer alta says nothing like this will happen??

1. It's in the startup menu. Press the Windows Key (Black circle with four squares in it)+r and the run dialog will pop up. Type: msconfig and click OK. In the new dialog that pops up, top, right hand side "Start Up" tab - click on it. Go down the list and uncheck Ulead Auto Detector. It might not have those exact same words. Click Apply and OK. The next time you start your computer the Ulead Auto Detector will be disabled. But you might get a message from Windows that Windows has blocked certain programs from start up..... right click the message's icon in the Task Bar and click Exit or just ignore it, close it. After about a week it goes away.
